I use WhatsApp Business for my small shop, it’s fine for basic chatting with customers. Handy. The labels and quick replies do help, but once you have more conversations going, things can get messy fast. Frustrating. The catalog also loads slow sometimes, and I wish there was more control over auto replies. Overall, it works, but for something meant for a business account, I expected a little more. Meh.

WhatsApp has actually gotten decent at blocking scammy messages and sketchy links, which is nice because apparently that’s something we all have to deal with now. I still get random spam here and there, because of course I do, but at least reporting and blocking people is easy enough. It definitely feels safer than it used to, just not exactly perfect yet

I use WhatsApp for both family stuff and work groups, and it just does what I need. I’m always a bit suspicious when apps use fancy wording about “seamless communication” and all that, but in this case the basic things actually work. Muting noisy chats, adding people, and digging up old messages is easy enough. It makes planning things with a group a lot less chaotic

I’m not totally sure if I’m missing something, but WhatsApp’s storage cleanup feels way more confusing than it should. It keeps telling me the app is taking up a huge amount of space, but when I actually try to clear things out, everything feels slow and a bit all over the place.

The review section doesn’t always seem to show the stuff I’m looking for, or at least not in a way that makes sense to me. Deleting videos and media from chats ends up feeling like extra steps for no clear reason.

Since then I’ve been using it more to look up links, messages, and stuff in group chats without scrolling forever. Keeping groups sorted helps too, especially when conversations pile up over time
